What is Mobile App? 

According to wikipedia, a mobile app  is a computer program or software application designed to run on a mobile device such as a phone, tablet, or watch, this apps are basically built for our smartphones to meet customer needs,providing them with with all the features that can match their requirements and also satisfy with providing extra value added services that will help the makers or creators of the app to generate customer satisfaction, apps can be downloaded from either App store (for IOS) or Google play store, some apps are available for free, and for some one need to pay, with the profit being split between the application's creator and the distribution platform., some world famous apps are - Facebook, Instagram,etc.

Why do we need Apps? 

Today everyone has a smartphone, it has become an integral part of life, we can't live without our phones and  because of all the apps we have, according to a statistical report In 2020, the number of global smartphone users is projected to total 3.5 billion, marking a 9.3 percent increase from 2019. The current global population of 7.7 billion people means the smartphone penetration rate is at 45.4 percent , according to another report The global mobile application market size was valued at USD 154.05 billion in 2019 and is expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 11.5% from 2020 to 2027. with more and more hands using smartphones every business is aiming to get more and more customers through their apps as its easy to advertise their brands and also matching, providing and getting customer satisfaction as well as generating ton of leads and new customers, moreover its also creating a brand presence and developing trust in customers, and that's why there is a huge demand for App creators in the market, there are some companies who have there own technical department who can develop apps for them, but there are some companies who are not able to do that and that's why they are looking for freelancers who can create apps for them in their budget.
